Client Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide truthful, complete, and accurate information at all times. Any misrepresentation or omission may impact your immigration process.
- Document Submission: You are responsible for promptly providing all required documents as requested by us.
- Fees: You must ensure payment of all applicable service fees and any government or third-party fees that may apply to your immigration process.
- Communication: You are responsible for maintaining effective communication with us, including responding to emails, phone calls, and providing any updates or changes in your circumstances.
Our Responsibilities
- Advisory Services: We will provide professional immigration advice and guidance based on the information you provide.
- Document Preparation & Submission: We will assist you in preparing and submitting your visa or immigration application in accordance with relevant laws and policies.
- Confidentiality: We will handle all personal and sensitive information with the utmost care, ensuring your privacy and data security.
- Communication: We will keep you informed of the progress of your application and notify you of any required actions or updates.
Fees and Payment
- Service Fees: Our fees for immigration consultancy services are specified in the service agreement and may vary based on the complexity of the case.
- Payment Schedule: Payment for services must be made upfront unless otherwise stated. You will be invoiced accordingly, and payments are due on the agreed date.
- Government & Third-Party Fees: Clients are responsible for paying any applicable government processing fees, application fees, or third-party fees. These are separate from our consultancy fees.
- Refunds: Fees paid for services provided are non-refundable once the service has begun.
Service Limitations
- While we strive to offer the best possible guidance, we do not guarantee approval of any visa, immigration application.The final decision lies with the relevant immigration authorities.
- We are not liable for any delays caused by factors outside our control, such as processing delays by government agencies, natural disasters, or changes in immigration laws.
Confidentiality
- Privacy Protection: We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal information. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
- Data Security: We take all reasonable measures to protect the data you provide, including encryption and secure storage, to ensure your personal details are safe.
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific immigration services that resulted in the claim.
- Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, opportunities, or reputation that may arise from delays, denial of applications, or other related issues.
Termination
- By You: You may terminate the service at any time by notifying us in writing. However, fees already paid are non-refundable, and any work done up to the point of termination will still be billed.
- By Us: We may terminate our services if there is a breach of these Terms or if circumstances arise that prevent us from continuing the immigration process. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Changes to Terms
Oceania Immigration Consultants reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and any changes will be communicated to clients who are engaged in services at the time. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
